Purposes and legal basis
We process your name, email address, phone number, preferred apartment type and message to respond to information requests, arrange visits and carry out pre-contractual steps at your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; consent applies where requested. Optional analytics and advertising rely exclusively on consent.
Recipients and processors
Microsoft processes email communications on our behalf. Data may also be handled by the hosting service as necessary to operate the website. Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are activated only after consent and only if configured. Where providers transfer data outside the EEA, the applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses and safeguards apply.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires another retention period. This policy does not itself automate deletion from email inboxes.
Cookies and external services
Necessary storage records your cookie preference. Optional Google Analytics 4 and Meta advertising cookies are not activated until accepted; no tracking IDs are currently configured. The Google map loads only when you select “Load map”, which authorises that external content for this visit. External services may set their own cookies. You can change or withdraw optional-cookie consent using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact the controller by email. You may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD, at www.cnpd.pt.
Security and provision of data
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Fields marked with an asterisk are necessary to respond to an enquiry. Data is not used for automated decisions or profiling through the enquiry form.
